Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mimi, a Discord bot for Pokétwo communities, may process and how that information is used. Mimi is designed to collect only the information needed to provide its features.

1. Information Mimi may process

2. Message processing

Mimi does not monitor or archive general conversations. It processes messages, embeds, attachments, or command replies only when necessary to respond to an explicit command, handle a supported Pokétwo interaction, or provide a requested Mimi feature.

3. Information Mimi does not track

Mimi does not track users across websites, sell personal information, or use Discord activity for unrelated advertising.

4. How information is used

Information is used only to provide and maintain Mimi’s bot features, remember requested server settings, deliver relevant alerts or pings, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical problems.

5. Data retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for Mimi to operate. Data may be removed when a setting is cleared, a server removes Mimi, information becomes stale, or a deletion request is completed.

To request deletion of information associated with your Discord account or server, contact the Mimi team through the support server. Please include the relevant Discord user ID or server ID so the request can be handled accurately.

6. Third-party services

Mimi operates through Discord and may use third-party hosting, database, logging, or monitoring providers to run the service. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Discord’s own privacy policy and terms also apply to your use of Discord.

7. Security

Reasonable measures are used to limit access to stored information and reduce the amount of data collected. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Mimi’s features, infrastructure, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
